Tournament Participation (English & Hindi)
1. Eligibility: Only permanent residents of District Kinnaur are eligible. Aadhar card is mandatory for proof.
(सिर्फ किन्नौर जिले के स्थायी निवासी ही पात्र हैं। आधार कार्ड अनिवार्य है।)
2. Registration Fee: The fee of ₹600 is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
(₹600 का पंजीकरण शुल्क किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।)
3. Selection Process: Selection is based on performance in trials and subsequent auction. The committee's decision is final.
(चयन ट्रायल और नीलामी पर आधारित है। आयोजन समिति का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।)
4. Code of Conduct: Any player found using fake documents or misbehaving with officials will be banned for life.
(फर्जी दस्तावेज या दुर्व्यवहार करने वाले खिलाड़ी पर आजीवन प्रतिबंध लगाया जाएगा।)
5. Media Rights: Players agree to the use of their photos/videos by Live Sports TV and KPL for promotional purposes.
(खिलाड़ी अपनी फोटो और वीडियो का उपयोग केपीएल और लाइव स्पोर्ट्स टीवी द्वारा प्रचार के लिए करने की अनुमति देते हैं।)
6. Physical Fitness: Players certify they are physically fit to play cricket. KPL is not liable for any injury during trials or matches.
(खिलाड़ी प्रमाणित करते हैं कि वे फिट हैं। चोट लगने पर केपीएल जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।)
- Players who are inducted in any team will have to compulsorily play in their respective team.
- Any player who does not play in their designated team will face penalty or ban from the tournament.
- In case of any dispute the decision of the organising committee will be final.
- In case of any injury on the field the player will be held responsible and no liability will be held on the team or the organising committee.
